一、喷码机日常使用注意事项：
1. Notices for the daily use of jet printers:
1、因喷码机使用的油墨和稀释剂非常容易燃烧，所以须在良好通风处安放喷码机，远离火源、火焰和静电。
1. Because the ink and diluent used in the jet printer are very easy to burn, it is necessary to place the jet printer in a well-ventilated place, away from fire, flame and static electricity.
2、不要遗留油墨、清洗剂浸泡过的碎布和碎纸片在喷码机旁。

3、 严禁在喷码机附近吸烟，应悬挂“禁止烟火”和“易燃油墨”标志在喷码机附近。

二、喷码机电气连接注意事项
II. Notices for Electrical Connection of Jet Coder
1、 接到220V单项电源（含地线），必须使用原厂电源线，连接到固定的、安装有地线的电源插座上。
1. When connected to 220V single power supply (including ground wire), the original power supply cable must be used and connected to a fixed power socket with ground wire.
2、 地线的连接必须遵守有关规定。如果地线接触不良，有可能造成喷码机主板的损坏或引起其它潜在危险。
2. The connection of ground wires must comply with the relevant regulations of the state. If the ground wire contact is not good, it may cause damage to the printer motherboard or other potential hazards.
三、日常维护保养注意事项

1. 使用喷码机油墨、稀释剂时对禁止配戴隐形眼镜。
1. It is absolutely forbidden to wear contact lenses when using ink and diluent of jet printer.
2. 当添加油墨或稀释剂操作时，建议使用抗溶剂手套和防护镜。
2. Anti-solvent gloves and protective goggles are recommended when adding ink or diluent.

北京喷码机维护保养主要是管路、喷头保养：
Maintenance of Beijing Printer is mainly pipeline and nozzle maintenance.
a) 墨水更新：先将管路里的墨水全部抽空，稀释剂注入墨水罐运行1h后全部 排出，再次加入稀释剂运行0.5h后全部排出，加入原厂墨水。建议机器每使用一年进行一次墨水更新，保证设备运行更加稳定。（抽出的废液不建议二次使用，以免造成管路堵塞） a) 喷头清洗：对于不具备自动清洗功能的喷码机，建议每天开关机时清洗，以 确保机获得高品质的打印效果。在喷头下方放置容器，用专用洗瓶装入稀释剂，对准喷嘴、充电极、检测极、高压偏转板上的墨渍进行清洗，注意不要让稀释剂溅入口眼及皮肤，清洗干净后，用纸巾将喷头各部件的清洗剂擦干。
(a) Ink renewal: first, all the ink in the pipeline is exhausted, diluent is injected into the ink tank for 1 hour, then all the ink is discharged after adding diluent for 0.5 hours, and then the original ink is added. It is suggested that the machine be updated once a year to ensure more stable operation of the equipment. (Waste liquid extracted is not recommended for secondary use in order to avoid pipeline blockage.) a) Sprinkler cleaning: For the sprinkler without automatic cleaning function, it is recommended that the machine be cleaned when switched on and off every day to ensure high quality printing effect. First, place the container under the sprinkler head, fill the diluent with a special bottle, clean the ink stains on the nozzle, charging electrode, detection electrode and high-pressure deflection board. Take care not to let the diluent splash into the eyes and skin. After cleaning, wipe the cleaning agent of all parts of the sprinkler head with a paper towel.
b) 调整墨线：若发现墨线偏离回收器，进行喷嘴打通，用专用洗瓶加入少 许稀释剂至喷嘴帽，反复打通3次左右，如墨线始终在同一位置则需进行人为调节喷腔。墨线标准：正对回收器观察，墨线喷入回收器三分之一处且略左。（侧看墨线在回收器正中间）
B) Adjust ink line: If the ink line deviates from the reclaimer, the nozzle should be opened first, a little diluent should be added to the nozzle cap with a special washing bottle, and the nozzle cap should be opened three times or so repeatedly. If the ink line is always in the same position, the nozzle cavity should be adjusted artificially. Ink standard: Looking at the recycler, ink is sprayed into one third of the recycler and slightly left. (Look sideways at the ink line in the middle of the receiver)
二）喷码机长时间停机后的维护 任何一次停机，无论时间长短，只要该喷码机在每周内开机运行2次，并打开墨线至少持续运行或油墨更新一个小时，这样就可以用若干次短停机替代长时间的停机。
2) Maintenance of any downtime of the jet printer after a long downtime, regardless of the length of time, as long as the jet printer runs twice a week, and opens the ink line to run continuously or ink updates for at least one hour, it can replace the long downtime with several short downtime.
1）喷码机停机时间为8-15天：对喉管和喷头进行一次清洗，喷头朝上放置，防止墨水回流。
1) Inkjet printer shutdown time is 8-15 days: the throat and nozzle are cleaned once, the nozzle is placed upward to prevent ink reflux.
2）喷码机停机时间超过15天：此时必须将机器内的墨水排放后加入稀释剂运行，完毕后把喷头朝上放置，防止墨水回流。

3）长时间停机后启动喷码机注意事项 停机8-30天后喷码机的启动，如有必要，检验一下墨线稳定性。进行一次5分钟的喷嘴打通。

将管路中的油墨排空。加入稀释剂运行一小时，疏通因长时间停机而堵塞的管路。稀释剂运行时可进行一次5分钟的喷嘴打通。稀释剂运行完毕后排空管路，加入新油墨，再打通喷嘴3分钟使墨线位置更加稳定。
Empty the ink in the pipeline. Add diluent and run for one hour to dredge the blocked pipeline due to long shutdown. When the diluent is running, the nozzle can be opened for 5 minutes at a time. After the diluent is running, the drainage pipe is emptied, new ink is added, and the nozzle is opened for 3 minutes to make the ink line position more stable.
5) 喷码机维护保养周期。 每15天对喷码机管路进行一次检查，是否老化、接头是否松动 更换过滤器。该操作视环境而定，如粉尘较大至少每隔4个月更换一次，正常情况下应该每隔12个月进行一次。机器内部除尘。该操作至少应该每隔1个月进行一次。
5) Maintenance cycle of jet printer. Every 15 days, check the pipeline of the jet printer, whether it is ageing, whether the joints are loosened and the filters are replaced. The operation depends on the environment. If the dust is large, it should be replaced at least every four months. Normally, it should be done every 12 months. Dust removal inside the machine. The operation should be performed at least once every 1 month.
四、喷码机耗材的使用和保管注意事项
IV. Notices for Use and Maintenance of Consumables for Printers
1、喷码机使用的消耗品挥发性强，保管时，应低于35度，避免高温，远离火源、热源，必须密封良好并贮藏在荫凉通风处（封闭性好的厚壁铁柜内贮存）。
1. The consumables used in the jet printer are highly volatile. They should be kept below 35 degrees, avoid high temperature and keep away from fire and heat sources. They must be well sealed and stored in a shady and ventilated place (in a thick-walled iron cabinet with good sealing).
2、喷码机的消耗品的保质期是一年。
2. The shelf life of consumables of jet printer is one year.
3、喷码机的消耗品严格对应品牌使用，不得使用替代品，否则会给设备造成严重伤害。
